Delivery:

The ordered plants will be packed as soon as payment has been received.

The packages are usually shipped with DHL 2-5 days after receipt of payment.

The shipping costs include the packaging and postage costs.

The packages are sent with tracking and a maximum weight of 20 kilograms per package.

The plants are treated with particular care and packed well protected.

In principle, the package is sent at the customer's entire risk.

Damage caused to the plants ordered by the transport service chosen by the buyer is at the expense of the buyer and is not covered by the seller's warranty.

We assume no liability and no warranty for transport damage or loss of goods on the transport route by the transport service chosen by the buyer.

The shipping times are all year round.

In order to avoid any kinking or breaking off of shoots, some plants are professionally cut back before shipping.

Pelargoniums grow differently depending on the season. For this reason, the size of the plant is not a criterion for the price.

Basically, young plants are for sale, which can vary in size depending on the season, type / variety.

The young pelargonium plants are usually sold in 8 cm round pots.

The pictures in the online shop mostly show mother plants, but they are not for sale.

Payments:

All prices quoted are final prices plus delivery / shipping costs.

The plants ordered must be paid for within 10 days of the order date.

If no payment has been received within 10 days, Ralf Paul Pelargonia's order can be canceled.

Due to the small business status according to According to § 19 UStG I do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show it.

After receipt of your payment (transfer in advance) on my account, your package will be packed and dispatched.

The plants remain my property until full payment has been made.

There is no delivery obligation on my part.

Complaints must be submitted within three days of receipt.

Transport damage must be reported to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal: There is no legal entitlement to the right of withdrawal for plants as perishable goods.

A fee of 5.00 euros will be charged for an order that has already been paid for and canceled by the customer.
